Cutter Blade Nose Set Screw

This set screw is located in the nose of the cutter blade to adjust the blade set back. By adjusting this set screw in the nose of the cutter, the clearance relationship between the cutter and the front cover can be established. This also adjusts the clearance between the cutter and the feed tube counterbore.

* Special note: Remember to stake the new set screw, when installing, to reduce the chances of the set screw backing out when in operation.*

This cutter blade set screw set is complete for one set screw hole for the cutter blade on a Norwalk juicer. It comes with one short set screw, one specifically sized spring and one ball bearing.
*Note* Once installed to the correct desired tension, these sets must be staked in place to reduce the chance of the set screw backing out.

Cutter Grinder Blade For Norwalk Juicers

This cutter grinder blade is a direct replacement for Norwalk juicer models that have the helical (triturator) design. It comes with the side tension springs, tension ball bearings and set screws. It also comes with the cutter depth adjustment set screw installed. this set screw is set to a nominal depth, but may need a final depth adjustment. this procedure is outlined in the included instructions.
